The Centre is a response to the need for structure, organisation, coordination and leadership in the national and subnational efforts to improve the business environment and investment climate in Nigeria. The Ernest Shonekan Centre for Legislative Reforms and Economic Development was esAbtablished by the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.
